Halal USA is registered with NYSAGM Division of Halal Law Enforcement, New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets | Division of Food Safety since 2010. And also Halal Australia is a registered entity with Australian Security Investment Commission since December 2003. It is an accredited Halal certification body by Department of Agriculture under AGAHP program for the Australian Halal Red Meat export industry since January 2008. Halal Australia has been recognized by OIC/SMIIC (officially representing 57 Muslim countries), GSO by GAC for all GCC countries, MOIAT for the government of UAE and MOPH for the government of QATAR as well as by MUIS. Halal Australia being a wing of Halal USA has been an affiliated Halal certification organization by a number of well recognized Halal organisations such as CICOT (Thailand), HAC (Sri Lanka), IDCP (The Philippines), Canadian Council of Imams, Switzerland Halal Authority, Sweden, Halal India and SANHA (South Africa).
