Is organically/Vegetarian/Kosher certified food acceptable as Halal?
Yes, it may be acceptable as Halal if the organically or vegetarian or Kosher certified products and ingredients and the manufacturing premises meet the Halal requirements.
The fact is some other certificates requirements such as organic or religiously certified kosher products may also include certifying products such as wine or non-halal meat products. Therefore Halal consumers are advised to be cautious about the source of the other certified products.
